I build accessible and user-focused enterprise web experiences.

A bit about me

I started out as a Product Designer, and I bring that same attention to detail into every line of code. I love collaborating with smart people to solve complex problems, using design thinking to craft beautiful interfaces with thoughtful, delightful interactions. I especially enjoy building reusable components and systems that make life easier for other developers.

I’m currently a Software Engineer at Last Yard, where I’ve helped shift the culture to be more design-led—championing accessible front-end practices and contributing to ambitious new products. I created and continue to maintain our design system, playing a key role in achieving WCAG compliance and helping us secure large-scale enterprise clients.

Outside of work, you’ll find me bouldering, playing music, obsessing over fonts and turtles, or spending time with my wonderful wife and two boys.

A tool to give visibility for store networks to see whether advertising material has been printed, and if it was printed on time.

A full WYSIWYG design authoring tool. I created the initial designs with another UX designer and assisted with some of the front-end and styling.

In-store Promotions app

An upgrade to one of our existing systems. I updated the very dated design with the help of our designer and wrote new APIs to replace existing slow ones. The app is also now fully accessible.

Runtime logs

Error logs for complex business rule functions. Power users of our product needed highly detailed, easy-to-share error logs. I designed and built a simple solution that users have found invaluable in their day to day work.

A system to allow our customers to control what their users can and cannot do. I designed this project and collaborated with a talented co-worker for the front and back end development. This project has greatly improved how fast our customers can get things done in Last Yard.

Mobile Scanner
